Important Note

For the most accurate sizing, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement. Ring sizes can vary between jewelers, and factors like ring width and style can affect fit.

  1. 1Find a ring that fits the intended finger well
  2. 2Place the ring on a ruler
  3. 3Measure the inside diameter in millimeters
  4. 4Use the chart below to find your size

Method 2: String or Paper Method

  1. 1Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the finger
  2. 2Mark where the paper/string overlaps
  3. 3Measure the length in millimeters
  4. 4This is your circumference — find your size below

Tips for Accurate Measurement

  • Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest
  • Avoid measuring when hands are cold (fingers shrink)
  • Measure multiple times for consistency
  • Consider the ring width — wider bands often need a larger size
  • Your dominant hand is usually slightly larger
